Τάρτα με φράουλες

EQUIVALENTS:   1 1/3 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF STARCH AND 1 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FAT

INGREDIENTS
1 packet Sweet & Balance Vanilla flavoured Creme Patissiere
½ packet of Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavoured Jelly
250 g. (2 teacups) JOTIS all-purpose flour
1 egg
2 g. (1/2 teaspoon) of JOTIS baking powder
125 g. (5 tablespoons) margarine
300 g. strawberries

METHOD
Add 125 grammes of margarine (at room temperature), 2 grammes of baking powder and the egg to the mixer bowl and mix the mixture for the tart. Wrap the mixture in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for about half an hour to chill. Put the mixture between sheets of non-stick baking paper and use a rolling-pin to roll into a circle. Put the mixture in a 24 cm diametre tart tin and leave to rest in the fridge for an hour. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180 οC for approximately 35 minutes. Dissolve the 1/2 packet of Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavoured Jelly in 300 mls (1 1/2 teacups) of hot water and put in the fridge until it begins to set. Prepare the Creme Patissiere following the instructions on the packet. Slice the strawberries. Once the tart has cooled, fill with the Creme Patissiere and cover with the sliced strawberries. Spread the jelly on top of the strawberries and put the sweet in the fridge.
