1 box Sweet and Balance Creme Patisserie Vanilla flavor
100 g savoiardi biscuits
125 g mascarpone cheese
1 level tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon JOTIS Cocoa powder
200 g(1 cup) skimmed milk 0% fat
3 tablespoons cognac
Dissolve the instant coffee in the lukewarm milk and add 1 tablespoon cognac . Dip the savoiardi biscuits in the mixture and place them along the bottom of a small rectangular Pyrex dish or bowl . Prepare the Sweet and Balance Creme Patisserie Vanilla flavor (see package), adding to the water in which you will beat the cream, 2 tablespoons cognac. To the prepared creme patisserie , add the mascarpone cheese and continue beating for 1-2 minutes, until smooth . Spread the cream over the savoiardi biscuits. Sprinkle with the cocoa powder.
