Μιλφέιγ με φράουλες

EQUIVALENTS: 1 STARCH EXCHANGE AND ½ FAT EXCHANGE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Sweet & Balance Mix for Millefeuille
200 g fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon cognac

PREPARATION:
Slice the strawberries in pieces and sprinkle with the cognac. Prepare the Sweet & Balance Millefeuille  (see package) and add the sliced strawberries to the Millefeuille cream you have prepared. Reserve some strawberries for the garnish. Gently stir with a spoon.
