EXCHANGES: 1 1/4 STARCH EXCHANGES AND 1 1/2 FAT EXCHANGES

INGREDIENTS

75g (3 tbsp) margarine
75g (1/3 teacup) olive oil
6 eggs
20g (4tsp) Jotis Baking Powder
320g (2 1/2 teacups) Jotis All Purpose flour
150g (3/4 teacup) orange juice
30g (1 1/2 teacups) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
A little grated orange peel
A little vanilla

 

PREPARATION

Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 150°C. Put the margarine, olive oil, eggs, Jotis Baking Powder and All Purpose flour, orange juice, Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener, grated orange rind and vanilla into a mixer and beat until it forms a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a 30cm buttered loaf tin and bake with fan-assist at 150°C  for 45 minutes.
