250 g (2 cups) light soft margarine
20 g (1 cup) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
15 g (6 teaspoons) cinnamon
15 g (3 teaspoons) JOTIS Baking Powder
400 g (3 cups) JOTIS All Purpose Flour
10 g orange zest
100 g (1/2 cup) coconut milk
Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat with the flat beater, until the dough is smooth.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Using a piping bag, shape around 60 cookies on the pan. Alternatively, shape the dough in small balls, using a tablespoon, and then press down each ball with a fork, making it round.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes*.
