INGREDIENTS

1 L (5 cups) Fytro Almond Drink
10 g (1/2 cup) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener 

A little vanilla essence
70 g (1/3 cup) short-grain rice
500 g (2 ½ cups) water

PREPARATION
In a pot, place the water and the rice and simmer, until the rice soaks up all the moisture. Dissolve the JOTIS Corn Flour, in half a cup Fytro Almond Drink. Pour the remaining Fytro Almond Drink, the Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener  and the dissolved JOTIS Corn Flour in the boiled rice and bring to the boil. Let it cool down and divide into 10 bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
