Muffins Σοκολάτας

Muffins: 13 muffins              Weight of portion: 57 g.

EQUIVALENTS: 1 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF STARCH, 1/2 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FRUIT AND 1 1/2 EQUIVALENT SERVINGS OF FAT

INGREDIENTS
1 packet Sweet & Balance Cake Mix
150 g. (1 ½ bars) of Sweet & Βalance Bitter Chocolate
90 g. (4 tablespoons) margarine
The zest of 1 orange

METHOD
Prepare the Sweet & Balance Cake Mix following the instructions on the packet using margarine instead of olive oil and adding the orange zest along with the water. Dissolve 100 g (1 packet) of  Sweet & Balance Bitter Chocolate in a bain-marie and chop or grate the remaining 50 g. Sweet & Balance Milk chocolateinto small pieces. Add the melted chocolate and the chocolate pieces to the cake mix and beat for 1 minute in the mixer. Divide the mix between 13 buttered individual baking cases and bake for approx 30 minutes.
