Prepare the Sweet & Balance Cake Mix following the instructions on the packet using margarine instead of olive oil and adding the orange zest along with the water. Dissolve 100 g (1 packet) of Sweet & Balance Bitter Chocolate in a bain-marie and chop or grate the remaining 50 g. Sweet & Balance Milk chocolateinto small pieces. Add the melted chocolate and the chocolate pieces to the cake mix and beat for 1 minute in the mixer. Divide the mix between 13 buttered individual baking cases and bake for approx 30 minutes.
