INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Sweet & Balance Mix for Mousse chocolate flavour
6 Sweet & Balance Cereal bars with Cranberries
800ml (4 cups) semi-skimmed milk 1.5% fat
50g (½ teacup ) dried Cranberries without sugar
PREPARATION
Prepare the Sweet & Balance Mix for Mousse chocolate flavour according to the instructions on the packet, add the Cranberries at the end and mix gently. In a bowl, crush the 6 Sweet & Balance Cereal bars with Cranberries and divide them into 12 individual bowls. Next, put the chocolate Mousse in an icing syringe and divide between the bowls.
Sweet & Balance Mix for Mousse chocolate flavour is prepared with milk or alternatively, for those who wish, using one of Fytro plant based drinks (https://fytro.com.gr/fytro-product-catego/rofimata-products/), in the same quantities as milk.
