EQUIVALENTS: 2/3 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF STARCH AND 1 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FAT
1 packet of Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavoured Cheesecake
500 ml (2½ tea cups) milk 0% or 1.5% fat
50 g. (1/3 teacup) margarine
1 packet of Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavoured Jelly
200 ml (1 teacup) of sugar-free orange juice
200 g. strawberries for garnish (optional)
Make up Sweet & Balance Strawberry flavoured Jelly following the instructions on the packet using 200 ml (1 teacup) of hot water and 200 ml (1 teacup) of orange juice and leave to cool down. Mix the biscuit with the margarine according to the instructions on the packet, spread it on the middle of a 22cm springform tin and put it in the fridge. Beat the Cheesecake Creme Patissiere following the instructions (using milk) and at the end add half of the packet with the fruit/strawberry syrup and half of the jelly and mix. Spread the cream on the biscuit and put the sweet in the fridge to chill. Then put the remainder of the jelly on the cream, garnish with fresh strawberries if you want, and put the sweet in the refrigerator again.
