Ζελέ με γιαούρτι, φράουλες και σοκολάτα

EQUIVALENTS: 1/4 EQUIVALENT SERVING FAT-FREE DAIRY FOOD AND 1 EQUIVALENT SERVING OF FAT

INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Sweet & Balance Cherry flavoured Jelly
100 g. (1/2 teacup) of fresh orange juice
200 g. 2% fat yoghurt
70 g. (1/3 teacup) milk
3 g. (3 level tablespoons) Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
140 g.  Sweet & Βalance Bitter Chocolate
10 strawberries

PREPARATION
Dissolve the Sweet & Balance Cherry flavoured Jelly in 300ml (1 1/2 teacups) of hot water and add the orange juice. When it has cooled, add yoghurt and stir with a metal beater until it forms a smooth mixture. Divide half of the mixture into 10 small bowls or glasses and put them in the refrigerator to chill. Leave the remainder of the mixture out of the fridge for a while. Melt the Sweet & Βalance Bitter Chocolate in a bain-marie, heat the milk slightly and then add to the chocolate along with the Sweet & Βalance Tabletop Sweetener  and mix. Leave the chocolate cream to cool. Put half a strawberry in each glass and share the chocolate cream between them. Put the bowls or glasses in the refrigerator for a while and then finally add the remaining jelly and half strawberry at the end. Put back in the fridge until the jelly sets
