Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon Sweet & Balance Tabletop Sweetener
2 green tea bags
10 g fresh ginger
10 mint leaves
200 ml (1 teacup) water

PREPARATION

Boil the water in a small saucepan, remove from the heat and put the green tea bags into the water. Add the ginger and the mint leaves, cover the pan and leave it covered for about 15 minutes. Use a strainer to strain the tea, squashing the ingredients into the strainer so that all the flavour gets through, and then put the tea in the blender with ice cubes and mix.  Serve in a glass with ice, garnish with a slice of ginger and two mint leaves.
